You complete a simple on-line form specifying such background elements as: past injuries, family history and current lifestyle. The AI will then customize your workout to accommodate your workout challenges, facilitating your progress without aggravating past injuries.

Kinetic Chain Assessment

Next, the AI requests 3 photos and 3 videos from you. Using these images and videos, the AI will determine your body type and pinpoint areas of weakness or areas of tightness. If these areas are left untreated it may lead to pain in certain areas of the body, reduced mobility, or slower results.

Goals

You inform the AI of your fitness goals which may include: weight loss, pain reduction, building muscle, increasing stamina and/or strength, higher daily energy, better sleep etc. Using those goals, the AI will progress your workout in the direction it sees fit in order to help you achieve your goals.
